Wildcrafted berry tincture with astounding healing qualities
I've found a company that harvests medicinal berries from the wild, then makes them into a wild berry concentrate that's so powerful it will knock your socks off when you taste it. The medicinal benefits on the heart, eyes, brain and circulatory system are simply unmatched by anything found in conventional medicine.
I'll bring you the name of this product, where it comes from and how to buy it online. It's one of those rare gems you discover in the world of natural health. |

While foods have some variability in their antioxidant power, there are tremendous differences in the potency of supplements containing berry extracts.
In the summer of 1999, Tufts scientists published a paper on the variability of antioxidants in food supplements. They looked at 46 different commercial preparations, most of which were derived from berries known to be high in antioxidant power, including the European bilberry, cranberry, chokeberry, and elderberry. In these samples, some brands had an extraordinary one-thousand times more antioxidants than the others. |

I recommend Mixed berry from www.FruitFast.com or for those in Australia, I recommend Blueberry Punch from www.DrRed.com.au
Blend all this up in a Vita-Mix. There's too much here to blend all at once, so you'll need to divide it into five groups and blend each of the five groups separately. You'll have to add water to each batch to make it a liquid. Pour each finished blend into a nut milk bag and squeeze it to strain it into a large bowl (a REALLY large bowl). Discard the pulp to use as compost.
After that's all done, blend 200 grams of blueberries with water. Add some spirulina powder. |

The primary difference between the Super Greens and the Super berry is that one has vegetable greens and the other has berries. So they are slightly different. The Super berry is sweetened with tagatose, as well as xylitol, fructooligosaccharides, and a little stevia. In the Super Greens, we have mannitol, xylitol, fructooligosaccharides, and a little stevia. These are' the basic differences.
Mike: That is the only ingredient I would ever be concerned about. I do not like the sugar alcohols.
Dr. Liers: Why is that?
Mike: Gastrointestinal effects.

It's the next best thing to growing your own fresh aloe vera leaves. It's a high-grade, pesticide-free, highly concentrated aloe vera gel powder (just the gel, not the leaf) available in two mixtures: Aloe Vera + Raspberry Powder and Aloe Vera + Blueberry Powder. This makes aloe vera gel available to everyone, not just those who live in the desert.
You see, until now, I've been a strong proponent of the health benefits of aloe vera, but I had no advice for teaching others how to take the product. |

Noni juice Traditionally Used as Medicine
The official scientific name of the noni berry is the Morinda citrifolia fruit. Morinda is actually a genus of about eighty species, mostly of tropical origin.
It's known by all kinds of names: hai ba ji in Chinese, Indian mulberry, noni (in Puerto Rico and Hawaii), nonu (in Samoa), nono (in Tahiti), even—probably because of its potential as an antiinflammatory—the painkiller tree (in the Caribbean). It's been used for centuries as a food source and has a long tradition of being used for medicinal purposes. |

Wheat is a grass that contains an edible kernel or "berry" and ranks as the second most produced grain in the world right behind corn. Some products derived from whole wheat include bulgur, cracked wheat, rolled wheat flakes, wheat berries, wheat germ, and wheat bran. To qualify as "whole wheat," the entire grain must be ground with all parts intact—the germ, endosperm, and bran. Before there were automated, mechanical grain mills, whole grains were ground between two large stones, resulting in flour that contained all three components of whole grain.

Why Should I Eat Acai?
Surprisingly for a fruit, the vast majority of the calories come from fat: A four-ounce serving of pure acai contains about 100 calories and six grams of fat. However, it is rich in anti-inflammatory omega-9 fats and also contains little sugar. Acai contains essential fatty acids, iron, calcium, fiber, vitamin A, and other antioxidants. |

The ingredients in the Adrenal Boost formula are vitamin C, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, deglycerized licorice root, Mexican wild yam root, schizandra berry, Eleutherococcus senticosus root, stinging nettle leaf, trimethylglycine, special plant cellulose, natural silica, vegetable stearate, and magnesium stearate. I recommend that people dealing with chronic (long-term) stress take one capsule every morning and every night if they need it.
You should not take Adrenal Boost, however, if you have high blood pressure, because licorice root can elevate blood pressure. |

The patients there began telling me about herbs they found really helped, such as saw palmetto berry and pygeum," he said. "I also received a fellowship at Columbia to study urinary tract cancer. The use of certain herbs could help to control these cancers, I learned from patients. So I kept an open mind. This was new stuff without much scientific documentation, but when I looked more deeply, I found that a literature had developed in Europe, particularly Germany, starting in the 1960s that clearly documented herbal medicine's benefits for men's prostate health. |

"If it looks like it hasn't been touched at all, I've been successful. |

The tiny greenish flowers ripen into the typical dark blue berry covered with a whitish powdery coating (bloom), similar to that found on grapes.
Like other members of the heather family, bilberry prefers acidic soil and grows in wooded areas and on hillsides throughout Europe. Wild bilberry bushes tend to produce small, astringent berries, whereas the cultivated varieties are large and sweet, virtually indistinguishable from the North American blueberry. |

Marthe Brossier was a twenty-two-year-old woman living in a village in the French province of berry when she began showing the classic signs of possession—wild behavior, convulsions, and so on. But some authorities believed that Marthe's symptoms of possession were more apparent than real. The girl was being manipulated, they said, by her family and the Catholic clergy. The family, they said, saw an opportunity for financial gain, while the clergy were interested in stirring up anti-Protestant sentiment. |

The endosperm is the carbohydrate of the wheat berry. It is the battery. It provides the carbohydrate energy that the sprouting wheat plant will need in order to sprout and grow and build a root system and leaves to jump start its own life.
The interesting thing to note in all of this is that somewhere around 90-98% of all the important nutrition in the wheat berry is contained in the germ and the bran. |

The outer coating of the wheat berry or the bran is rich in minerals and vitamins and the richest source of nutrients is the germ. In milling white flour, both the bran and the germ are discarded, and by eating the white flour (bread, pastry, pasta), we are depriving ourselves of the most nourishing part of the wheat berry. Nearly 200 years ago it was shown by a French army surgeon that dogs fed on whole-meal bread alone were kept alive and healthy, while similar animals fed on white bread quickly sickened and died. Eating whole grain foods provides all the nutrition available in that plant. |

The study used mice, so more work needs to be done to see if the ginseng berry works for people.
Still, Yuan claims, "Since this berry contains agents that are effective against both obesity and diabetes, the ginseng fruit has enormous promise as a source of new drugs."
Fruits and veggies to the rescue
Vegetables and fruits should always make up a big part of your diet, but if you're diabetic, they're even more important. And here's why - they contain vitamins and minerals that attack diabetes head on.

We were stunned by how different the berry is from the root and by how effective it is in correcting the multiple metabolic abnormalities associated with diabetes," testifies Dr. Chun-Su Yuan, assistant professor at the University of Chicago.
Yuan's research team recently tested an extract of the berry. They discovered it could balance blood sugar and improve insulin sensitivity. Moreover, it appeared to cut cholesterol levels and lower weight.
The secret to these outstanding results may be a compound called ginsenoside Re. Ginseng berries are loaded with it, while the roots aren't. |
